Ticks have been spotted already. As soon as the temperature is above 4 degrees Celsius the ticks are out and looking for a host to feed on. Make sure you protect your pet from these parasites by using a tick preventative on them for the entire season and vaccinating for Lyme disease. Every time you come in from a walk give your pet a check over and remove any ticks you find before they can transmit disease.
