Leave your pets at home

By June 16, 2017 Pets

People love their pets, and their pets love them right back. So, it is understandable that you want to have them with you all the time. However, every summer tragedy strikes after people leave their pet in a car while they run a few errands.

Even on a relatively mid summer’s day, a vehicle can become a sweltering oven in minutes, even with windows slightly opened. This is true even if you park in the shade, under a tree.

Interior temperatures can reach more than 40 C, which an animal can only endure for a short period of time before irreparable brain damage or even death can occur.

So, don’t chance it –  leave Rex or Muffy at home where they will be comfortable and safe.
