A number of cats have recently been brought in to see me because of vomiting. Although many things can cause this, one of the more common causes is hair elastics. Cats love to play with them, and eat them. Sometimes they pass through, and sometimes they ball up and cause an obstruction.
Do yourself and your cat a favour – make sure the elastics are put away in a drawer.
